entoto’s offer

Globally, women have significantly less opportunities to get involved in the growing tech sector. As a fundamental contributor to the Entoto Tech Fellowship, you will be working towards women’s empowerment and equality. Globally, less than 20% of those employed in the tech sector are women, while less than 8% are tech entrepreneurs/inventors. As a developing country, Ethiopia’s inequality, especially in the tech sector, is even more drastic. Entoto is dedicated to changing this, and we want you to help us make this vision a reality.
